Zillow is the leading real estate platform in the United States with over 200MM+ unique users every month.

My accomplishments so far at Zillow:

• Directed a portfolio of formative and evaluative user research to support our real estate agent products, which drive the majority of Zillow’s $500MM+ annual revenue
• Launched the new Listing Showcase product for real estate agents
• Launched a new Jobs to Be Done site to inform product development in our Buyer, Seller, Agent, and Rentals product pillars
• Served as interim manager for a team of 4 mixed-methods UX researchers and directed quarterly planning, quarterly lookbacks, and resource planning for the team
