The Simple Wheel
I was hired to perform the initial user research for Simple Wheel, a new online philanthropy service. The objective of this research was to uncover valuable insights about the types of people who might use this service, their behaviors around giving, and how they use existing online tools to manage their money.
The research effort was focused in three key areas: one-on-one interviews, an online survey, and secondary research in the form of a comparison of existing online giving services. From this research, user personas were created in order to drive the experience design for the online site.
