I gave a talk at the Qualtrics X4 Experience Summit in Salt Lake City about how we built our personas at Simple using quant and qual research. Unfortunately it wasn’t video recorded, but since it was one of the top-rated sessions of the conference, I got to re-present it as a webcast! You can check it out here (requires you to create an account).
I’ve joined Simple, a fintech startup, as a Senior Research Manager.
I’ve left the independent consulting world to join AnswerLab where I’m currently a Senior UX Researcher. Get in touch if you’d like to know more about what we do!
